Tim Strickland
Session 1: A Vision for Enduring Vitality – John 4:1-42
Spirit. Word. Mission. Jesus’ life-changing conversation with the Samaritan woman inspire a vision of enduring spiritual vitality in our lives and our churches, calling us to be Spirit-led, Word-centred and Mission-driven.
Tim serves as Director of Church Vitality at FEB Central. He was born and raised in Toronto and trusted in the Lord at a young age. Tim completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Master of Divinity degree at Tyndale Seminary and Doctor of Ministry degree at Denver Seminary, where he wrote his doctoral thesis, Leadership in Church Revitalization. He has served in small, mid-sized and large churches, in rural, suburban and urban settings. He has a passion to see churches grow in vitality with an outward focus on sharing the good news of Jesus. Tim lives in Hamilton with his wife Carol and three young-adult children.
Ashwin Ramani
Session 2: Pray Like Jesus - Mark 1:32-39
Prayer was integral to Jesus, he placed it as a top priority in His life and you see it over and over in the four Gospels. Jesus models how prayer is more relational than transactional.
Ashwin is Lead Pastor of WestPark Church, London. Raised in a Hindu family in India, he is the first in his family to become a follower of Jesus Christ. Since immigrating to Canada with his wife Aboli in 2009, Ashwin has dedicated himself to ministering in a multiethnic context, driven by a deep desire to see people come to faith in Jesus Christ and draw closer in their walk with Him. Ashwin graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He did his graduate work at Ambrose Seminary in Calgary, Alberta.
Kelvin Kauffeldt
Session 3: Resolved 'Long-Haul' Leadership - Joshua 23
We need to be resolved to be effective "long-haul" leaders who love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and mind, and who enthusiastically serve those whose souls we have been entrusted to keep watch over.
Kelvin is the Lead Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Oshawa. It is his passion to help followers of Christ mature as disciples and to see Jesus introduced to those who are lost. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Religious Studies from Trinity Western University and a Master of Theological Studies from Heritage Theological Seminary. When not at work Kelvin
loves spending time with his family, enjoying outdoor activities that include hunting, fishing and making maple syrup. Growing up as an MK in Africa we also enjoy trying different cultural foods, with Ethiopian being our favourite.
Charles Price
Session 4: Living Fruitfully In the Power of God.

Charles Price is Minister at Large with The Peoples Church, Toronto, Canada, where he was Lead Pastor from 2001 to 2016. Originally from England, he grew up in Herefordshire and for many years he was involved in the ministry of Capernwray Hall. Whilst at The Peoples Church he had an hour-long television programme, Living Truth, broadcast coast to coast in Canada each week, as well as in more than 70 other countries, in a variety of languages. He also had a daily 30-minute radio program broadcast in Canada and several other countries. Charles is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, and was awarded a Doctor of Divinity degree by Tyndale University in Toronto.
