		Tom Haines Tom Haines serves as the Regional Director for FEB Central. Formerly, he served as Director of Church Planting for FEB Central for 15 years. He has been a pastor, church planter and leader in the Fellowship for over 30 years. In his role, Tom has had the privilege of assisting churches and church planters to lay the groundwork for close to 100 church plants. Tom’s passion is to see FEB Central continue to grow healthy, thriving churches that are multiplying across the FEB Central region and Canada.
		BILL Hogg Dr. Bill Hogg is Message Canada’s National Director. Bill’s passion is communicating the good news of Jesus, igniting the fires of evangelism, encouraging and equipping God’s people to share the gospel.  Bill is a published author and former radio talk show host and has served as a pastor, professor, evangelist, and a movie extra! He was involved in pioneer evangelism in his native Scotland, developing Youth for Christ in his role as National Evangelist. He has been involved in assessing, coaching, training, and supporting church planters for several years. Bill is part of the SEND Institute Missiologists Council. He also serves on the Church Planting Canada leadership team.
		Derik Fuller Derik Fuller has spent his entire life being a part of Fellowship churches. He grew up attending North Broadway Baptist Church in Tillsonburg and has served in various ministry positions in Fellowship churches across Southern Ontario. The last twelve years Derik has served as a pastor at Forward Church, first as a site pastor in Kitchener and now as one of Forward’s lead pastors. Derik is passionate about introducing people to Jesus and helping them see how Jesus changes everything.
		Bechara Karkafi Bechara Karkafi has been on staff with FEB Central New Canadian Church Planting for 7 years and now serves as Feb Central Church Planting Director. In 2017 Bechara began serving in a dual capacity with Fellowship International where he serves as the FI Ambassador to the Arab world, leading the FI vision in Middle East and North African areas. Bechara’s vision is to see church planting movements that are mobilizing the Gospel, making disciples, and building the Kingdom until every man, woman, and child belongs.
