Developing Practical skills for every stage of ministry leadership
Our goal is to support our Pastors and staff leaders by providing a diversity of training opportunities. One event for training is our Stronger Conference where leaders are inspired and equipped through main sessions, workshops and ministry peer support groups. We also have our Next Level Vitality training events, VIP training for those seeking to do interim pastoral ministry, and Leadership Webinars. For those leaders who want an assessment of their church's ministry health, we provide church consultations that not only assess the needs of your church but also provide coaching on how to address those needs.
